07Jun2026. Stopped by for a quick snack. Had the carrot cake, Portuguese tart, and hot chocolates. Carrot cake was superb and well spiced. Staff were very attentive. Great place for desserts.
The carrot cake is unbelievably delicious! I visited two days running because it’s that good! The staff are super cute, lovely and friendly, and I totally love this place!
Awesome food, awesome.e coffee, very authentic bakery with a lot of nice goods on display. Highly recommend it. We had breakfast here and the food was to rave about. Update...we ended up doing breakfast here 3 days in total on our trip to Tasmania, we just couldn't pass up the opportunity for great food, service and atmosphere.

We visited Daci & Daci and had a great overall experience. The food was absolutely outstanding — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. The pastries, savoury options, and coffee all delivered at a premium level, and the quality truly reflects the reputation this place has built over the years. From a culinary standpoint, it’s an easy 5 out of 5. In terms of service, I’m giving it 4 stars. The team was friendly once we were attended to, but there was a noticeable delay when we arrived. We waited a bit before being acknowledged, and there wasn’t immediate eye contact or a quick check-in to see what we needed. Nothing major — just an opportunity for improvement, especially in a venue of this calibre. Once service picked up, everything went smoothly, and the staff were helpful and polite. It didn’t take away from the overall experience, but with a little more proactive engagement, it would easily be a full 5-star service. Overall, highly recommended — excellent food, beautiful atmosphere, and a strong Hobart favourite. Would definitely return.
Out first bakery visit in Tassie as we arrive this morning in Hobart! Amazingly tasty almond croissant and basque cheesecake! We also had hot chocolate and Belgium mocha which were a bit strong to our taste.
The most amazing cakes/desserts. If anything the staff were just a bit proper and stuffy for our liking, but the service was very prompt. It's quite expensive for cake, but delicious and presented beautifully. A great place for a special treat.
Absolutely amazing experience fantastic location. Coffee was amazing Stanford very friendly and the food was absolutely on point, that scrambled eggs and the mushrooms is probably the best I’ve ever had and that ham and cheese croissant was amazing as well, absolutely hundred percent recommend this place very very happy with our choice for breakfast and will be back. It’s also extremely reasonable in price breakfast for $62.50 which included both of our breakfasts and three coffees
Absolutely loved Daci & Daci Bakers! The cakes were stunning, indulgent and packed with flavour. The Strawberry & Vanilla Rose Almond Macaron was delicate, fragrant and beautifully balanced, the Belgian Chocolate & Raspberry Bombe was rich, decadent and pure chocolate heaven 🍫🍒, and the Roasted Hazelnut Dacquoise Praline Buttercream Cake was absolutely divine — nutty, creamy and unbelievably delicious! Beautiful presentation, amazing quality. Definitely coming back for more! ❤️
